By using the services of IQ Test Tutor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.    Services: IQ Test Tutor provides tutoring services to help individuals improve their performance on IQ tests. The methods used by IQ Test Tutor may vary depending on the individual client's needs and preferences.

 

2.    Payment: Payment for services must be made in advance. IQ Test Tutor reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the IQ Test Tutor.

 

3.    Scheduling: Tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

4.    Confidentiality: IQ Test Tutor respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any confidential information without the client's consent, except as required by law.

 

5.    Limitation of Liability: IQ Test Tutor is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from the use of its services, including but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

 

6.    Intellectual Property: All materials and content provided by IQ Test Tutor are the intellectual property of IQ Test Tutor and may not be reproduced or distributed without the express written consent of IQ Test Tutor.

 

7.    Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IQ Test Tutor operates.

 

8.    Modification: IQ Test Tutor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to the client.
